Chilean King Crab with a lemon butter sauce and a green herb mayonnaise

King Crab is so delicious that you want to taste the crab not the sauces. So make sure the sauces are not overly rich. We recommend a plain sauce of 1/2 cup of melted with 1/8 of a cup of lemon. You can also prepare a homemade mayonnaise with chives.
